Dear Parents and Guardians,

Hello there, my name, is Ellyn Culotta and I am currently a junior

at Louisiana State University. I am writing to inform you that I am

excited to be student interning in your child’s second grade classroom

this semester. Ms. Patterson is my mentor teacher, which means that

she will be guiding me as I pursue my career in Early Childhood

Education. I look forward to working with and learning from both her

and her students this semester!

Please note that attached to this letter is a “Consent to Use

Images” form. This document is required for me to complete some of

the documentation of lesson plans that will be conducted throughout

this semester. Therefore, I would really appreciate it if you could

please sign and date this document to send back to Ms. Patterson at

school within the next two weeks or by February 9th. Thank you so
