JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervises the Overhauling of Pneumatic and Hydraulic Machines like Hydraulic Pump, Jack, Diesel
Engines, Compressors etc. related to Ship building and Maintenance.
 • Witnessing Machinery Installation Checks and ensuring acceptance level

• Carrying out Internal inspection activities prior to QC and Client inspection

• Carrying out Pneumatic and Hydraulic Pressure tests as per client specification

• Good Understanding with Equipment and Installation Drawings

• Supervises the fabrication crew

• Assign manpower and equipment in accordance with the work schedule priority
• Overall responsible for the service, maintenance and installation of Pneumatic and Hydraulic
machines
• Responsible for all kinds of inspection activities for incoming materials according to client checklist
and standard.
• Plan, Organise and Execute the work in accordance with the project schedule and with the
company standard
• Prepare daily progress report and forward to planning department
• Ensure that all project works are executed safely.
• Ensuring the compliance of health and safety responsibilities
• Always aware of cost/schedule opportunities and duly reporting with the project manager on
possible potential areas of risk or reward.
• Monitor materials usage to ensure possible shortages, and addressed at the earliest.
• Responsible for replacement and procurement of damaged components as QC requirement from
approved vendors.
• Coordination with client and third party inspections
• Final inspection report preparation.
