25. Observed Strengths:
It has been a pleasure to work with Miss Hamda. She was open and willing to contribute to daily
classroom activities. She attended all staff meetings and school responsibilities. In week 1 she
taught her first lesson and was keen to practice and develop her pedagogy. While I was absent
she helped the cover teacher tremendously and even lead the lessons that day. Many thanks and
best wishes for your future career in teaching.
