Materials: “Reach for The Gold” Cluster survey, and “Career Bingo” __________________________

Procedure: Ask initial questions about what students want to be when they grow up. Counselor will
then pass out the career cluster worksheets and ask students questions about what hobbies, tasks,
are classwork they like. On the survey students will write a tally mark under the designated color
that represents their interest afterwards counselor will ask students about the color that had the
most tally marks. Counselor will then go over what each color represented for students as it
concerns their individual choices and possible career choices that aligns. Counselor will then do
another activity in which students would have to figure out the clues that represented a career
choice and find it on their Bingo sheet. _________________________________________________

Process Data: Students are able to identify at least three career/career fields that may interest them.
