 CHARGE NURSE

Is a nurse who is responsable of the one part of the hospital.

Full fill a management role of the care of the people through four functions: care,
adductive, management, investigative.

The assistance function is related to supporting the patient in the maintenance of

his health and helps him to increase that health and is in charge of supporting
him in the recovery of pathological processes.

Orient the user and the family on the changes that can be made and help to find
solutions to improve the quality of life of the user.

Ensure that the required work is done with the least possible time, energy and
money, but always compatible with a previously agreed quality of work previously
agreed upon.

Use the best available evidence, preferably in research data, to develop the care
plan.

Coordinate, monitor and participate in the execution of clinical trials in research

centers.

Plans and coordinates the assistance and administrative activities of the area
under his care.
