Re : Request for Schengen Visa for Travel to Greece & Paris

We intent to travel for Honeymoon Holiday to Greece & Paris as a tourist between ………….date………….
and therefore would like to obtain a Short term Schengen travel visa for us. We are applying through
your consulate because Greece will be my point of Entry and we would be spending major part of the
trip in Greece.

Below is the break through itinerary for our trip and what we intend to pursue.

28/04/2017 – Land in Athens. Spend 2 nights in Athens

29/04/2017 – Transfer from Athens to Mykonos through BLUE STAR Ferry. Spend 3 night in Mykonos
02/05/2017 – Transfer from Mykonos to Santorini through ferry. Spend 3 nights in Santorini
05/05/2017 – Travel by Flight (Transavia) to Paris. Spend 3 Nights in Paris.
08/05/2017 – Flight back to India from Paris

I have made our flight, ferry and hotel bookings and copies of our documents are enclosed along with
this covering letter as per the requirements for application of Schengen tourist Visa.

Please find enclosed the following documents to support our visa application

1. Fully Completed and duly Signed Application form.

2. Two Photographs as per visa requirements
3. Original and copy of our passports
4. Copy of itinerary of our flights form New Delhi (DEL) to Athens and Santorini to Paris and Paris to
New Delhi from Airline
 5. Copy of our hotel reservation booking at Athens, Mykonos, Santorini and Paris
6. Copy of our travel medical insurance policy from ICICI Lombard valid for the whole Schengen
Area and Covering up to Euro 30,000 for Medical and Hospital care plus repatriation for
Emergency medical Services
7. Copy of our Flight tickets for travel between Schengen member states
8. Documentary evidence of my employment and salary. Salary Slips, Income Tax Retuns from Past
three years.
9. Leave letter from the current employer.
10. My latest last 6 months bank statements, duly stamped and signed by bank
11. Copy of my credit card that we will also be using during our trip, along with the latest statement
showing credit limit.
12. Our Roka ceremony photographs and Wedding card as proof of my wedding which will happen
on 18th April 2017 after which this trip is taking place.

I trust you will find that everything is in order, and I remain at your disposal for any further information
that you may need. All expenses for the trip will be borne by me. Thank you for your time! I hope for
