We write in reply to your letters dated 11 October 2017 which we received sometime in December 2017
and the final demand letters sent by e-mail last February 26 and April 28, 2018 which we received on March
9 and April 11, 2018 respectively.

We understand that our records have been forwarded to your firm for appropriate legal action. However,
we ask that you suspend the filing of civil and/or criminal cases against me.

We would like to make it clear that we do not renege on our legal obligation to pay our outstanding loan
amount in Maybank in the amount of _______________as of October 11, 2017.

Be that as it may, it is our earnest intention to settle our obligation with the bank. In fact, when we received
the demand letter last March 9, 2018, we immediately went to __________________and paid twenty
thousand pesos (P20, 000.00). Attached is a copy of the official receipt of our payment.

As of this date, we are not capable of paying the full outstanding obligation thru a single payment; however,
we wish to request for a copy of our statement and negotiate for the restructuring of our payment scheme
to enable us to satisfy our obligation in installments.

I sincerely hope that we could resolve this matter and avoid litigation as that would consequently make it
more difficult for me to settle my obligation should litigation pursue.
