    RULES OF COURT
    APPEALS FROM THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT (RTC)

    1) What judgments or orders are subject to appeal?


    A: Final orders are appealable, while interlocutory orders are not appealable
    immediately.

    TEST FOR DETERMINING WHETHER THE JUDGEMENT OR ORDER IS EITHER
