The Individual Growth Plan is developed and posted by the student after reviewing the cumulative ratings on the
Student Teaching Evaluation Instrument at the midpoint of the student teaching semester (Midterm conference for
18wk placements). A draft Growth Plan will be presented by the student at the Final conference of first 9wk
placement, then a completed plan will be posted and shared at the initial triad meeting of second 9wk placement.
Growth Plans will be shared with the cooperating teacher and college supervisor, then posted to eLearn after
consultation and possible revision. Timely reflection on and progress toward planned goals also can be documented
in the Weekly Reflection.
