When the fiscal year changes, we can carry forward actual and plan values from the
previous fiscal year(s) to the new fiscal year using the Balance carry forward function.
We use the Balance carry forward function to carry forward the balances of accounts
from the previous fiscal year to the beginning balance of the new fiscal year.
