This scaffold erection checklist summarizes safety criteria for scaffolding used on the Portsaid Tunnels Project. It lists items like scaffold component condition, connections, levelness, bracing, intended load capacity, plank installation, fall protection, stabilization, and tagging that must be checked by an erector and competent person before the scaffolding is used. The erector and competent person must sign and date the checklist once all items are verified.
