GROUP-I SERVICES RECRUITMENT
NOTIFICATION NOS.15/2011, DT:30.06.2011 (L.R) & 18/2011,DT:28.11.2011(G.R)

1. It is hereby notified that on the basis of the results of the Written Test (Main) held on
14/09/2016 to 24/09/2016 and Oral Test (Interview) held from 22.01.2018 to 20.02.2018 for recruitment
to the posts falling under Group-I Services (Limited & General), the candidates whose Register Numbers
are given below have been provisionally selected for appointments to the posts mentioned below,
notified vide Commission’s Notification No. 15/2011, DT:30.06.2011 (L.R) & 18/2011, DT:28.11.2011
(G.R) subject to the following conditions.

I. That success in the examination confers no right to appointment unless the appointing
authority is satisfied after such enquiry as may be considered necessary that the
candidate having regard to his/her character and antecedents are suitable in all respects
for appointment to the service,
II. That the candidates are found physically fit for the post;
III. That the candidates should produce such other original certificates as may be required in
accordance with the Rules.
2. If it comes to the notice of the Commission later that any candidate furnished false information or the
selection is not in order due to any act of omission or Commission of any candidate then his/her
provisional selection is liable to be cancelled at any stage and he/she will forfeit all consequential benefits
including that of selection, besides the Commission reserves the right to take any action as it deems fit in
the circumstances of the case, in terms of the various enabling provisions as notified in Notification No.
15/2011, DT:30.06.2011 (L.R) & 18/2011, DT:28.11.2011 (G.R).
3. The selection of BC-E candidates is subject to the outcome of Civil Appeal No. (a) 2628-2637 of 2010
in SLP. NO. 7388-97 of 2010 dated 25/03/2010 and orders from the Government and other cases
pending if any.
4. Selection and appointments made under these Notifications are as per the Judgment of Hon’ble
Supreme Court in Civil Appeals 9140/2013 and 9141/2013 orders dated 07.10.2013 read within I. A No.
1/2016 in CONMT. PET © D 26349/2015 in C.A No. 9140/2013, dated 29.06.2016 and as per the
Judgment of the Hon’ble High Court of A.P in W.P. No. 35392, 36544, 36549, 37000, 37007 of 2017 and
40464 of 2017 dated 11.12.2017 and other cases pending if any.
5. With this Notification of Selection Recruitment Process notified vide Notification No. 15/2011,
DT:30.06.2011 (L.R) & 18/2011, DT:28.11.2011 (G.R) as been finally concluded, and the same is hereby
notified to all concerned.

Relinquishment under Rule-7

Any candidates whose Register Number has been included in selection list of
these recruitments may relinquish his/her claim for appointment in writing in the
proforma prescribed by the Commission and shall have no right for the said
appointment in future with reference to the said selection. The Commission shall there
upon remove the name of such candidates from the selection list and select another
candidate. The proforma is attached with this list. The proforma of relinquishment, if any
would be received by the Commission till 14.03.2018 and the Commission is not
responsible for any postal delay.
