Exploring transitions from adolescent to young adulthood, and additionally unraveling
solutions to reduce economic hardships while motivating collegiate preparation and
successful career attainment.
Increasing economic Literacy amongst urban communities, and furthermore exploring how
urban communities can increase wealth through the introduction of leadership, small
business and investments.
Provided individual and group therapy for individualized caseload within a school setting

treatment
Created behavioral interventions, rewards, consequences and strategies for behavior
modification
Designed and update routine treatment plans, goals and interventions for STS caseload.

LEADERSHIP______________________________________________________________________
As a master’s level clinician, I supervise bachelor’s level clinicians towards the engagement
of appropriate interventions to utilize from treatment plans for client success, furthermore,
I provide support for clinicians towards modification of interventions to help increase
success of treatment for clients.
As a clinician and consultant, I oversee and supervise all treatment within my caseloads;
assuring that treatment plans are current, releases and paperwork are updated and
implementation of services are within compliance.
As a clinician within the NHS outpatient clinic, I began a successful adolescent group to help
provide solutions for teens pertaining to anger management, developing self-esteem,
education attainment etc. The group is currently within the third rotation. I create and
design curriculum/ procedures of the group, furthermore, I co’facilitate the group on a
weekly basis. Additionally, the adolescent group provides opportunities for NHS interns. I
provide guidance and support for interns who participate in the group process. The
previous group intern was recently accepted within an MSW program, she credits her
experiences within the group setting as a factor towards her success.
As a clinician and consultant, I refer families who need assistance in areas such as
afterschool programs, crisis response, legal concerns, blended case management, food and
educational support. Previous resources I have utilized for families include Girls
Incorporated, The Boys and Girls Club, Salvation Army, Friends Hospital, CHOP, Horsham
Partial Clinic, Belmont Behavioral Health, Germantown Hospital, North Light Community
Center, NHS Blended Case Management Department, Philadelphia Legal Assistance.
Acquire the ability to create interventions, goals, objectives and curriculum towards behavior
modification.
Acquire case management and clinical skills in assisting a broad range of vulnerable
populations (Youth-Geriatrics.). Obtain excellent verbal, communication and written skills.

Interests/ pursuit towards becoming a Licensed Behavior Specialist at NHS Human Service
(LBS). Expected application year for 2017.
Interests/pursuit towards becoming a licensed Social Worker (LSW). Expected exam year
2017.
Career aspirations towards leadership roles such as clinical supervisor within facilities and
programs targeting Outpatient Clinics, Behavioral Heath Rehabilitative Services and School
Therapeutic Services.
Targeted aspirations towards becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed
Behavior Specialist
Desired research topics are economic expansion in poorer communities, and adolescent to
young adulthood transitions.
Interests in continued volunteer work towards serving populations within poverty, and
providing mentorship to adolescents and young adults.
Future aspirations in starting a non-profit with the focus of increasing awareness in urban
communities on economic literacy.
