It's always nice to learn how to sell and renovate homes because some people might want to not
stay in the same spot forever.

I believe I’ve done enough research to please any expert in this field and if i've made a mistake
anywhere I would like an expert to point it out and help me even further.

1. Since I’m going into a military career I’m going to have to get used to moving
around this project will help me later in life.

2. I got to contribute to a budget and learn how to manage the money in the budget.

I felt if I messed something up it would put a strain in our budget which I would have to
compensate for.

We couldn't find the paint that the original owners used so we had to repaint all the rooms.

Yes, definitely, how often do you run across an 18-year-old help selling a house.

I would be very happy; my project can show some kids that there really is not a limit to the
senior project.

experience?

Done more research beforehand and not run into it blind

17. Beyond the project itself, what did you learn about yourself?

That we as a society kind of take houses for granted.

Justification for my grade:

I came home every day and tried my hardest to complete as much as I could. To impress my
mentor and my parents. To retain the knowledge of the housing market, making being a realtor a
job opportunity in my future.
