PARTNERSHIP SUMMIT-2018 TO BE CONDUCETED AT VISAKHAPATNAM

SUPPLY OF VEHICLES — SEALED TENDERS CALLED FOR

The Government of Andhra Pradesh proposed to organize the

PARTNERSHIP SUMMIT-2018 at Visakhapatnam in APIIC Grounds
from 24th
Feb to 26th Feb 2018
in Collaboration with Confederation of Indian Industry.
The Hon'ble Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Central & State Ministers, Trade
& Economic Ministers, Delegation from various Countries and other delegates
are expected to participate in the event. All the delegates will be reaching
Visakhapatnam Airport by various flights and will be accommodated in various
Hotels. The District Administration has to proVide conveyance to State Guests,
Hon'ble Ministers of Central and various State Governments.

Hence as per the instructions of the District Collector, Visakhapatnam

quotations are called from various travel agencies for the supply of the
following vehicles and to fix the rate to each Vehicle per day for providing
conveyance to the Dignitaries going to participate in connection with
Parternership Summit-2013.

1) Hatch Back Cars

2) Sedan Cars
3) SUVs

The participants while submitting quotations should keep the following

things in view.

1) The vehicle drivers must wear White Uniform.

2) The participant with Minimum of 5 and Maximum of 10 vehicles with
seating capacity 5 in all (Like Swift Dzire, Etios) to 9 in All (like Tavera,
Innova) to be registered on his name or Firm Name under his
proprietorship will be considered.
3) All the vehicles should be registered as Motor Cab (Seating Capacity 5 in
all to 7 in All), Maxi Cab (Seating capacity 8 in all to 9 in all) by covering
with Fitness, Tax, Insurance, Permit.
4) The vehicle under category Non-Transport (with Own Board) should not
be used for hire or reward, those vehicles are meant for purely personal.
 5) When quoting of rent separate night ha'It charges to be quoted for usage
of vehicle for round the clock
6) The bills will be cleared as and when budget released by the
Government.

A committee is formed by the Deputy TranSport Commissioner,

Visakhapatnam consisting of the following members to finalize the tenders.

1) Sri A.H.Khan, Regional Transport Officer, Anakapalli-Head

2) Sri I.Sivaprasada Rao, Regional Transport Officer, Gajuwaka-Member
3) Sri M.Mandhat, I/c Regional TranspOrt Officer,m Visakhapatnam-
Member

Last date for the submission of sealed quotations is 12-02-2018 upto

1-00pm

All the quotations in a sealed cover to be submitted to

on any working day from 10-30 AM to 3-OOPM

All the sealed quotations will be opened on 12-02-2018 at 03-OOPM and

finalized by the committee.
