605 Made Night Market Maker Terms & Agreement

1. Date: Saturday, August 25, 2018

2. Event Time: 4:00pm to 10:00pm

3. Location: East parking lot of Cherapa Place in Sioux Falls, SD

4. Event: This is a fun market that combines several local makers,

food, drink, and music all together at one location.

5. Booth: Approximately 10’wide x 15’deep on pavement

6. Qualifications: All items must be original designs and/or handmade

by the maker submitting the application. No resale/direct sales are
permitted.

7. Fees: Booth fee is $100 plus tax for a total of $106.50 Payment
will be due by check 14 days after notification of selection.
Credit card payment accepted with $2 service charge.

8. Application process: Submit your completed application and 4-7

photos that best represent your work to knottygnome605@gmail.com.
The application deadline is midnight, Friday, June 1st, 2018. No
late applications will be accepted.

9. Selection notification: There will be a limited number of makers

chosen to participate in the 605 Made Night Market. A jury process
will determine the participants based on your completed
application, submitted photos, and type of product. Notification by
email of the selected makers will made by Friday, June 8th, 2018.

If you are selected…

10. Set up will begin at 12:00pm on Saturday, August 25, 2018. Tear
down will be at 10:00pm (no early tear down).

11. You are responsible for your own tent set up and tear down.

12. One 120V/15A electrical outlet will be run to your tent area, but
you will be responsible for an extension cord and lighting within
your own booth. If you have special electrical needs, contact us.

13. There will be no refunds once accepted to the event, even if the
event is hindered or canceled due to weather, or for any other
situation. All funds are fully committed to the production,
promotion and marketing of the event.

605 Made will review all applications and reserves the right to reject
any application. The undersigned certifies that he or she has read the
Maker Terms & Agreement provided with the application and agrees to abide
by them. The undersigned also certifies that he or she agrees to
indemnify and hold harmless 605 Made, Knotty Gnome Variety & Salvage,
SiouxFalls.Business, and other sponsors/contributors from all damages,
liabilities, costs and expenditures, including all legal fees, which may
occur by reason of use of the designated site or participation in the 605
Made Market.
