I Charles Anthony Johnson am lodging my response to my spouse Christine

Akinyi Ouma whereabouts being unknown to me since March of 2013. She stated back then that she
intended to return to her native country of Nairobi Kenya to take care of her sick family permanently.
The last number that I had listed for her was 405-799-9961. I have done as follows in attempting to
notify her:

On 03-01-2018 I notified Jarius Moses and Lavonda Johnson know that I am attempting to locate
Christine. Lewis was friends with Christine at a previous Job but also lost touch with Christine. I asked if
he had heard from her, he stated “No”. I also asked Lavonda Johnson if she had heard from Christine
and she said “No.”

On 03-03-2018 I called the last number I had on file for her 405-799-9961 and the number came back as
disconnected.

On 03-10-2018 I knock on the door of the last residence I had on file for her: 8100 Stone Street #805
Houston Texas 77061. Spoke with a Jose Galeas and he stated he did not know a Christine Ouma.

On 03-12-2018 I did a face book look up for Christine Ouma to see if I could find her. The search came
back with no results for her name.

On 03-12-2018 I performed a truepeople.com search inquiry for Christine Ouma. It gave me two
additional addresses 12468 Trail oak drive Oklahoma City, Ok 73120 and 2416 S. Voss road #K324
Houston Tx 77057

On 03-15-2018 I visited the Voss road #K324 Houston TX 77057 spoke with Jessica Goodyear and she did
not know anyone by the name of Christine Ouma.

On 03-15-2018 I used the additional information I received from truepeople.com for a previous address
of 12468 Trail oak drive Oklahoma City, Ok 73120 for a contact number 405-799-6112. I called the
number and spoke with an Ahmad Kanaa. I asked if Christine was residing there or did any of the
residents know of her whereabouts. “He stated he did not know a Christine Ouma and neither did
anyone living there.”

On 03-15-2018 I performed a Harris County Inmate search to see if Christine Ouma had been detained
for the duration I have not known her whereabouts. The results came back negative. Her whereabouts
are still unknown to me.

On 03-15-2018 I contacted again Lavonda Johnson and Jarius Moses to let them know the results of my
findings of me still being unable to locate Christine.

I do not know the whereabouts of Christine Akinyi Ouma my spouse.

I understand that a false statement or willful misrepresentation in this form is a violation of law that is punishable by a
fine or imprisonment for as long as 5 years, or both (18 U.S.C. §1001).
