INFORMATION

The undersigned Prosecutor accuses John Dave C. Suarez and

Isla Gail A. Tabanao of the crime of CONCUBINAGE defined and
penalized under Article 334 of the Revised Penal Code, committed as
follows:

That on or about January 3, 2011, in Digos City, Davao del Sur,

Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the
above-named accused, a married man, did there and then willfully,
unlawfully, and feloniously having sexual intercourse under scandalous
circumstances to Isla Gail A. Tabanao, a woman not his wife, with the
latter knows him to be married to Femme Hannah E. Suarez, to the
damage and prejudice of the herein offended party.

Contrary to law.
