My name is Yash Parihar. I am currently a fifth year student at ILS Law college. I hope to
intern at your firm in the month of April 2018.

My primary area of interest’s taxation, general corporate and arbitration litigation, and I
want to pursue opportunities in that field. I have completed internships at places like AZB &
partners, New Delhi, Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan , New Delhi and Allahabad, VSA legal
New Delhi and Under Senior Advocate Ravinandan Singh MP High Court. I believe that I
could learn a great deal from your firm due to its reputation in policy and advisory work in
my areas of interest

Due to my experience in mooting and internships and I have acquired analytical and
communication skills, commercial acumen, initiative, and the ability to think on my feet, all
traits that would allow me to contribute towards your practice,

have learnt from my peers that firm is exceptional place to intern at, and would give me the
knowledge and skills to succeed in this practice area. As such, I hope that I will have the
