Toddler Summer Vintage Dress Free Pattern

Breezy and Summery.

I created this Vintage Dress to be worn on hot sunny Days, The Turquoise reminded me of
Bermuda's Ocean and the Beige top of the beautiful Elbow Beach sand that is speckled with
Pink Coral...

(Pattern is for size 4 toddler)

You will Need:
Crochet hook : 3.25mm
Tapestry Needle
Sugar'n Cream Yarn "The Original"
3 Dungarease Yarn in Turquoise

Stitches used
ch: chain
sc: single crochet
dc: double crochet
st: stitches
sk: skip
Gauge and measurements:

For the Sugar'n Cream yarn, and the shell st, it is 17 stitches, and
5 rows for a 4 inch square swatch
For the Dungarease yarn it is 21 stitches and 7 rows for a 4 inch
square swatch!!!

Pattern:

Body:

Back:

Round 1:ch 84, sl st with first ch, making sure you do not twist the ch, ch, sc all around

Round 2: ch3, 2dc in same st, [

sk 2 st, 3dc in next st] repeat all around

Round 3: sc all around

Round 4-:10 repeat round 2 and 3
Row 11: [sk 2 st, 3dc in next st] repeat 11 times, turn you will now no longer work in the
round

Row12: 33 sc, turn

Row 13-16: repeat row 11-12 turn

Row 17: [sk 2 st, 3dc in next st] repeat 3 times, turn

Row 18: 10sc fasten off

Repeat Row 17-18: on the other side of your back, turn

Front:

Row 1: skip 3 cloisters, from the back shoulder, sl st

Row 2: ch3, 2dc in same st, [ 3dc in next st sk 2st] repeat 2 more times, turn

Row 3: 9sc, turn

Row 4-6: Repeat row 3 and 4 Fasten off

Turn your work, wrong side facing you, Sew the back shudders to the front
Skirt:

Round 1:With turquoise yarn, sl st in any of the st from the back side of your dress,
sc all around

Round 2: [2sc in next st, sc]all around

Round 3: ch2, dc,

dc, ch2 and dc in same st

[sk 5st, 2dc, ch2 2dc] all around

Round 4: 3ch,
sk ch3 and dc from previous round, sc, [sk 2dc, ch3, sc] all around

Round 5-9: Repeat Round 3 and 4, turn

Round 10 : sc all around in front loop of sc Fasten off
Round 11 : in back loop, and with the right upper part of your dress down [ch3 sk st, sc.
ch3 sk st, dc] all around
Round 12: [in dc from previous round, 2dc, ch2, 2dc,] all around
Round 13- 18: Repeat Round 11-12 but not in back loop, 3 times
Round 19: sc all around in front loop of sc Fasten off
Round 20: in back loop, and with the right upper part of your dress down [ch3 sk st, sc.
ch3 sk st, dc] all around
Round 21-27: repeat row 11 and 12

Round 28: sc all around, do not fasten off

Round 29: sk 3 st, 6dc in next st, [sk 3 st, sl st in next st, sl nxt st, 6dc in next st] all around.
Fasten off

In Round 19: sl st and repeat round 29 fasten off

in Round 10: repeat round 19 Fasten off
Sew all loose tails in

Turn your work so the back is facing you, sl st in the lower corner of the armhole , and sc all
around picking up about 43 stitches
Repeat on other side
Proceed the same way for the collar.
