This policy supersedes all other policies, procedures and practices prevalent on this subject till date.
Company reserves the right to add to, alter or amend, or cancel this policy at its discretion if needed
in future.
Scope:
It applies to all active ICAD employees.
1. The Company monitors the itemized bills for mobile numbers and reserves the right to deduct
the charges for any personal calls. The maximum usage allowance for company mobile
number is as follows:

2. Personal calls and data usage exceeding the maximum usage allowance set in company policy
are chargeable to the employee.
3. The package upgrading should be requested to Telecom@icad.com after Department/Project
Director’s approval.
4. In case of SIM lost, immediately inform the Telecom@icad.com Department to avoid any
misuse of the SIM & to get change the SIM with same number.
5. Charges for any other Value-Added Service (viz., caller tune, premium SMS, MMS,
Downloads, mobile Apps, etc.) availed by the employee shall be at the employee’s expense.
6. Provision of SIM facility shall be decided based on the position / role of the employee and cost
will be accounted in the respective functional / divisional expenditure.
7. If any bill exceeds the maximum limit (as described package) then the employee will have to
get the necessary approvals from the reporting manager and need to identify all such official
calls, otherwise the excess amount will be deducted from the subsequent month’s salary.
8. The management, may at its discretion, review this policy periodically and make modifications
as necessary from time to time.
9. The SIM cards & numbers are considered as Company property and it reserves the right to
withdraw them at any time

The process starts with providing a Mobile SIM card to the permanent employee once he/she
joins the company.
The deserved plan will be given to the employee with features “appended with SIM card”.
Company will pay bill amount (as described package) per employee towards mobile usage.
Bill amount above (given package) will be borne by the employee and same would be
deducted from the salary.
In case SIM card is not working, contact to Telecom@icad.com to sort out this issue.
Warehouse department shall take undertaking from the employee during the issuance of the
SIM card.
In case the employee is leaving the organization, SIM card should be returned to the
Warehouse as a part of clearance process
Disciplinary Consequences:
1. The company retains the right to monitor employees for excessive or inappropriate use of their
number. If an employee’s phone usage causes a decline in productivity or interferes with our
operations, the said employee will be banned from using their cell phones.
2. Employees may face severe disciplinary action up to and including termination, in cases when
they:
2.1 Cause a security breach.
2.2 Violate our confidentiality policy.
2.3 Cause an accident by recklessly using their phones.
