3. Decide who is A and who is B. Turn to the corresponding page.
4. Practice solving problems on the phone together.
5. Perform feedback with the class.
These techniques are very appropriate in different situations, but are phrases
very useful when you are talking in the phone.

Reporte

1. Turn to page 31, read the guiding questions on exercise 1, and proceed to
read the article on exercise 2.
2. While reading, underlined the correct word in the text.
3. Reflect on the reading and new vocabulary.
In this time every person that i know has a phone. If they don’t have a phone is
very difficult to find them. We are so dependent to the phone that sometimes we
do our daily things slower by being on the phone, but if you know how to take
advantage of your phone it can be very useful in business and other daily
activities.
Competence 4. Writing

1. Turn to page 34 of your student's book, Tackling Problems, 4.


2. Write a short essay answering the question: what would you do in Graham
and Piotr's situation?
3. Present your essay to the teacher.

What would you do in Graham and Piotr’s situation?

If I were Piort’s and I was in charge of put a stand, I had been prepared with
time, It is not difficult to install a computer and test the audio’s., and in case that
I had this problems on the day, if would have ask for help, it not difficult to say
someone help you with your things.

Conclusion:
We all know that talking by phone is something that you do every day, but some
times you need to develop tools when you are having problems on phone. On
business environment it is fundamental to know what to say because is a little
harder that you don’t have corporal communication .
