COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Compromise Agreement made and executed by and between:

Witnesseth that:

WHEREAS, __________filed against _______a civil case for sum of money with application for the issuance of a writ of
preliminary attachment before the courts of _________under Civil Case No.____________ captioned “ _______________”.

WHEREAS, ________ has unpaid balances for ________in the amount of __________________which is disputed by

WHEREAS, both Parties have agreed to settle the Civil Case, subject to the following terms and conditions:

3. For goodwill desired by both Parties, herein Parties agree to settle this case whereby _____agrees to pay to

settlement.
4. That upon the signing of this Agreement and submission by _____of pertinent documents, ______shall pay _____the
amount of _________by check/cash within ______day.
5. That the balance of _______Philippine Currency (______) shall be paid by check/cash within ______days;
6.That after payment of the above mentioned amounts, both parties waive any and all rights and claims against each
other arising from any and all causes of action respectively claimed by the parties in Civil Case No._____.
7. In the event that any one or more of the provisions of this compromise agreement, be later on declared invalid, illegal or
unenforceable by the appropriate court of justice, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall in
no way be impaired or affected thereby;
8. The Parties hereby acknowledge that the stipulations contained in this Agreement have been mutually agreed upon by
the respective Parties, without any act of force, fraud or undue intimidation. The Parties also acknowledge that they have
consulted their respective legal counsels and that they understand the legal consequences of this agreement. Accordingly,
the Parties hereby agree to abide by the foregoing stipulations with the force and effect of a lawful right and a demandable
obligation;
9. With the execution of the foregoing Agreement, parties hereby agree to move for the approval of this Compromise
Agreement before this Court.
