In exchange for the consideration of job application by Ocean View Hotel (hereinafter called “the Company”), The applicant agree that:

Neither the acceptance of this application nor the subsequent entry into any type of employment relationship, either in the position
applied for or any other position, and regardless of the contents of employee handbooks, personnel manuals, benefit plans, policy
statements, and the like as they may exist from time to time, or other Company practices, shall serve to create an actual or implied
contract of employment, or to confer any right to remain an employee of Ocean View Hotel, or otherwise to change in any respect the
employment-at-will relationship between it and the undersigned, and that relationship cannot be altered except by a written instrument
signed by the President /General Manager of the Company. Both the undersigned and Ocean View Hotel may end the employment
relationship at any time, without specified notice or reason. If employed, the applicant understand that the Company may unilaterally
change or revise their benefits, policies and procedures and such changes may include reduction in benefits.

The company is authorized to investigation all statements contained in this application. Applicant understand that the misrepresentation
or omission of facts called for is cause for dismissal at any time without any previous notice. Applicant hereby give the Company
permission to contact schools, previous employers (unless otherwise indicated), references, and others, and hereby release the
Company from any liability as a result of such contract.

Applicant also understand that:


(1) The Company has a drug and alcohol policy that provides for pre-employment testing as well as testing after employment;
(2) Consent to and compliance with such policy is a condition of employment; and
(3) Continued employment is based on the successful passing of testing under such policy. Applicant should further understand that
continued employment may be based on the successful passing of job-related physical examinations.

In connection with the routine processing of employment application, the Company may request from a consumer reporting agency an
investigative consumer report including information as to credit records, character, general reputation, personal characteristics, and
mode of living. Upon written request from the applicant, the Company will provide him/her with additional information concerning the
nature and scope of any such report requested by it.

Employment with the Company shall be probationary for a period of six (6) months, and further that at any time during the probationary
period or thereafter, the employment relation with the Company is terminable at will for any reason by either party.

Applicant’s are also to submit all documents Related to the job as listed below:
a) Scan copy of my Education certificates (Secondary School, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduation, Diploma or equivalent, etc. if any)
b) Scan copy of employment letters from the companies worked so far and latest salary slip if any.
c) Scan copy of the photo page and other information pages of International Passport.

The Company is giving complimentary benefits to all successful applicant, non-deductible from their salary, following are the details:

The following facilities are available for successful candidates:


a) Separate room in a department category.
b) One month annual leave excluding weekly off.
c) Flight Ticket will be bear by company, the ticket will be from residing country to United Kingdom.

Visa Process Details:


a) Applicants are liable to bear the visa processing charges (Compulsorily Applicable), the visa charges varies from country to county
b) The visa process should not exceed the period of 15-25 working days through our appointed visa processing officer associated
with the British High Commission for your visa issuance at earliest by the appoint date.
c) The visa process will be handle by our appointed visa processing officer which all the procedure have to be followed by the
applicants, all visa expenses incurred by the applicant will be re-imburse (refund) after joining the company.
