    Respected sir,

    With due respect, it is stated that I have received my roll number slip and the center (Manki,
    Swabi) allotted to me for the examination is very far from my house and as I have a serious
    transportation issue it will not be possible for me to go there. My father is also not in the city so
    he can take me there.

    For this I request you to change my exam center to somewhere near to my resident in
    Abbottabad. I shall be really thankful to you for this favor of yours. Please find attach my roll
    number slip and my current address. Thanks
