You hear a lot about living a healthy lifestyle , but

Why is important keep healthy?

The health is important to live of a person in all aspects. In the same way ,

the trick to healthy living is making small changes .

In the first place taking more steps adding fruits to your cereal , having

an extra glass of water you can start living healthy without drastic changes

In Second place what you can for your body? The exercises can improve

you health? In fact , the people can improve their have make several

exercises daily like to : walking every day 30 or 60 minutes at a time .

On the one hand , the aerobics exercises is the type of that more large

muscles groups, and it’s improve the health of your heart and lungs . Again

with the practices of some sports you can improve you phisycal health.
Remember though that exercises has so many health benefits that any

amount is better than none .

In the other hand the healthy eating is begin with learning how to , “ eat

smart “ - it’s not just : What you eat ? but How you eat ?.

Your foods choices can reduce your risk of illness as heart disease , cancer

and diabetes as well as defend against depression.

Additionally, you should eat foods with reduce fat , with reduce salt and

eat portions of fruits and vegetables every days . Equally important is the

drinking water for good health . When you were a kid in school you learned

that each molecule of water is made up of two hydrogen atoms and one

oxygen atom . How much you need drink ?About two litres daily of water will

be more favorable for you .

Luckily the real facts that you really needs to know about of How to

keep healthy this steeps are pretty , however for many people the changes

in the lifestyle are dramatics .Instead we want to help you learn ways that

you can change small things about your life and see big results.

In fact , when you sleep to maintain a healthy weight and reduce stress.

But Why you should sleep for keep health ? The stress is negatively impact

And can be a factor of depression . For this .. “Spend time with people who

have a positive effect on you !”


Finally to keep healthy is important because is the process that prolong

our lives so we can grow and develop well.

Moreover ,I recommended , the healthy steps that can fit into your

personal goals . You can use some of the steps or all the steps to help you

on your journey to achieving a happy healthy life .
