DOMAIN 3: INSTRUCTION
This is my original lesson plan. But when I was teaching this lesson, considering students’ pre-assessment result, I
introduced most of the new vocabs and told students more details about the story after I showed the story using
shadow puppetry. Because of the limited time (or maybe because of my poor management of the pacing), we didn’t
get chance to have some time quiet down and think about the follow-up questions. This is a big loss of this lesson.
Next time, when I teach, I need to pay close attention to the pacing and leave enough time for the end quiet-down
reflection time.
