Mission statement:

Our mission is to make a gift for everyone and will


represent the personality of the people that addresses to
us to bring in their life a piece of peace, love and
happiness.
Vision
We do not make just a gift, we make a connection with
destiny to bring in the world love, happiness and
sweetness.
Objectives:
1. Increase gain with 20% till 2019.
2. Creating of 10 new model of gifts.
3. This 10 new models of gifts will target the old person
(5 models with soft fruits and some sweets) and
children (5 models with more sweets).
4. Founding of new suppliers for row material,
qualificated employee and creative designers.
5. Every employee will be trained by new qualificated in
this department person and will make per day 50 gifts.

need to create new products for a grow of profit and the

threat for company, and vey need to analyse the
competitors and to taking over their weaknesses, and the

and to use the resources for a higher benefits and making
them more qualitative. A point that they need to do is to
continue to invest in innovation to sustain and build the

advantages. Close off the opportunities to build a
differentiated value proposition that may prove attractive
