Police Department, St. Cloud Police Department, Stearns County Sheriff's Office, and Stearns County Attorney's Office, began an investigation into sex trafficking activity occurring at Riverwood Massage Parlor in Waite Park. On May 10, 2018, investigators and other law enforcement personnel from each of the above agencies executed search warrants at the above massage parlor and a St. Cloud apartment complex. The investigation resulted in criminal charges for Sex Trafficking in the Second Degree. A complaint has been filed with District Court.
