ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY
AND FORWARD-LOOKING.
A future trend in transformer technology has kept our developers busy: the
increasing demand for higher fire safety, greater compatibility with the environment
and largely maintenance-free performance. We have found a solution. It is based
on the connection of our VACUTAP® technology with alternative insulating fluids.

VACUTAP® VR – YOUR FUTURE
IS MAINTENANCE-FREE.
Maintenance-free and long-lasting
I 300,000 reliable switching operations for the VACUTAP ® VR normally
make maintenance unnecessary in grid operation
I Longer maintenance intervals for the VACUTAP® VR I HD of 600,000
switching cycles means even lower operating costs in electrical arc furnace
operation
