 Responsible for the overall management and supervision of sixty plus students and nine staff
members for an after school program. Responsible for training of staff members, yearly
reviews of staff and attends monthly supervisor meetings. In charge of monthly budgeting for
groceries for the program and ordering supplies. Provides first aid to students when needed.
Plans daily program activities including healthy snacks, arts and crafts, STEM projects,
outdoor/ indoor physical activities; provides homework support and plans special events for
children ages 5-12 in accordance with YMCA guidelines and state licensing requirements.
