EL CEREBRO DE LA CABEZA:
- Principalmente utilizado para las percepciones cognitivas y reconocimiento de
patrones. Utilizas tu cabeza para razonar, analizar y sintetizar la
información entrante.
- Una de las formas en las que nuestra mente HACE QUE LAS COSAS TENGAN
SIGNIFICADO es el lenguaje (verbal, escrito, corporal), contando historias y
UTILIZANDO METÁFORAS (7).
Dado que los coaches son también líderes, TU TAREA ES MIRAR DENTRO
DE TI Y DETERMINAR SI LE DAS PRIORIDAD A UNO DE TUS CEREBROS.
Recuerda que “Las funciones del cerebro se han categorizado en tres áreas.
La primera gobierna muchas de tus reacciones instintivas,
La segunda se relaciona con el proceso de las emociones y la memoria; y
La tercera añade pensamiento, razonamiento y la habilidad de hacer
planes para el futuro” (10).
