Fellow Americans, is there reason I am here today? What have me and people represent to do with your
national equality? Are the great laws of Constitutional equality and justice being abused in our great
system of government meant for everyone? Am I called upon here to expose the correction of equality
and justice in this country?

As expected in this country I say with sorrow America has not met the ethos the Founding Fathers had
expected to create when establishing this country was to create equality and justice for all. Your strong
beliefs only portrays the amount of equality we have amongst each other. The rights you are entitled to
today are not for everyone, as in " The rich inheritance of justice, liberty, prosperity and independence,
bequeathed by your fathers, is shared by you, not by me.”1 You the people have rights my people do not
have and you all stand here today abusing what power you guys have over what we do do not have, I
stand here today to point out the abuse the people and police have on my people today! There is no reason
we should have wasted lives from inequality! It is not right! It is not what America stands up for! It must
be stopped police are showing no signs of preservation of lives!

Fellow people under the power you have, nationwide I hear cries of citizens who do not have the luxury
you guys have. Here I stand to point out the movement of BLACK LIVES MATTER. Standing here I am
freely present their fight for blacks, and how it is not constitutionally right! This fight has been going for
too long! Black lives must be preserved, police must learn the respect of blacks and stop treating them as
aliens. As America has been changing over time since the founding fathers established the country they
have continued in the same trend of "There are seventy-two crimes in the State of Virginia, which, if
committed by a black man , (no matter how ignorant he be), subject him to the punishment of death; while
only two of the same crimes will subject a white man to the like punishment."2 and also “America false to

the past, false to the present, and solemnly binds herself to be false to the future."3 Which correlates to
issues of BLACKS today! They cannot have the equal rights and freedom to get the same punishment and
treatment of whites and America has not even showed changed from the SLAVERY era! Police and
citizens must value blacks as free and equal citizens it is not right the way they are treated it is like a
replay of the slavery era treatment all over again where slaves had no freedom or equal rights and were
forced to accept it. Black lives matter is a modern day abolitionist group that protects what rights and
freedoms blacks are granted from the Founding Fathers and to stop the abuse of power of others over
them.

As in recent years the mistreatment of my people have not been improving just peaceful rebellions have
been made to stop this. Do you guys not know the statistics of blacks being killed in the recent years by
cops? “Police killed at least 102 unarmed black people in 2015, nearly twice each week. Nearly 1 in 3
black people killed by police in 2015 were identified as unarmed, though the actual number is likely
higher due to underreporting. 37% of unarmed people killed by police were black in 2015 despite black
people being only 13% of the U.S. population. Unarmed black people were killed at 5x the rate of
unarmed whites in 2015. Only 10 of the 102 cases in 2015 where an unarmed black person was killed by
police resulted in officer(s) being charged with a crime.”4 You citizens are so blind to the fact on how
brutal lives are being affected in recent years as over 100 black people were killed by police unarmed is
hugely unconstitutional and rather than unacceptable for America and how more likely unarmed blacks
are to be killed more than unarmed whites is just straight unbelievable shows just how America is failing
the future due to the lack of equality among the citizens and the races that make up the populations.
THESE STATISTICS SHOULD WAKE YOU UP AMERICA! THIS IS NOT WHAT THE FOUNDING
FATHERS WANTED! THEY WANT PEACE AND EQUALITY AMONGST ALL!

Now listen. My fellow people how dare you threaten to say that police have been handling and defending
the country in a fair manner. How can you people be so arrogant and blindly disguise yourselves from
seeing inequality? Where is this written in America’s ethos? When was this constitutionally right? Look
in most recent years there was a case stating​ Spencer McCain, 6/25/15, Owings Mills, MD: Police
responding to a domestic call early Thursday entered a condominium after hearing arguing inside and
fatally shot McCain, claiming they believed he had a gun. McCain was later revealed to be unarmed and

died at a nearby hospital. No officers have been charged with a crime for killing Spencer.”5 This must
stop fellow citizens, people must see that there are tons of these cases where the black victim is always
dead for minor crimes or when they are caught for the crime get shot for just sudden movements of
looking like the victim is going to grab a gun. Fellow citizens please tell me where is the justice in this
case? What did Spencer do to get shot? Why have no officers been charged? I answer that this gross
cruelty must stop this is why this movement stands here TODAY! This is why we protest for our rights!
This is not what America stands for my fellow people America is known for the home of the free but you
are free and not me. This shall be a wake up call America! These unfair deaths of the black should not
continue to rise or be this high it shall decrease. There is no nation as hypocritical as this one.

You may go to any part of the world and search every flaw and mistakes each nation has. Once you put
the statistics side by side and abuse you will find that no nation will match up with our nation. As you
will discover no nation is as controversial as America and so false without competition against America
and their ethos.
