I have great pleasure in the presentation of my Report on KADVANI


FROGE (p). L.T.D., with the practical study of the above company.

‘B.B.A.’ is the best medium to get the practical knowledge of industries and
service sector. It provides students how to manage them self and other as well
as company.

In this project, there are various details Department wise; like production
department, purchasing department, etc.

I got a lot of knowledge from the practical study and I got

1.1 INTRODUCTION

KADVANI FORGE WAS ESTABLISHED IN 1995-’96. THE DOYEN OF THE


KADVANI GROUP SHRI LAKHABHAI VITHALBHAI KADVANI IS GREAT
PERSONALITY OF GONDAL IN RAJKOT DISTRIC WHO ESTABLISHED IT.

HE HAS NEVER LEARNED ANY FORMULA ON MANAGEMENT. HE HAS


HIGH QUALITY TEAM. THROUGH TEAM WORK, THEY ESTABLISHED IT
VERY SUFFICIENT MANNER. THEY HAVE ALSO VERY SKILLFUL
MANAGERIAL DEPARTMENT.

1.2 HISTORY

The Company was originally incorporated as private limited company in


The name of Kadvani Investments Private Limited on April 29, 1992. The
company was converted into a Public Limited Company on November 10,
1994. Subsequently the name of the Company was changed to KADVANI
SECURITIES LIMITED on December 7, 1994.

Kadvani Forge performs as small-scale industry since 10 years from its


existence (1995 to 2005).

Eventually, they decide to make it larger for that Purpose they convert it in
medium scale industry. Now a day the company is functioning as medium
scale industry.

Company is established for certain goals, the company perform all activities
during its survival are to achieve its goals; all company want to achieve their
goals.

there are many goals like serving society, to create well fare of society where

1.9 BANKERS

If company has to start the business, they have to collect the minimum
subscription (90%). If they do not collect it, they cannot start the business at
that time bank takes the guarantee for remaining amount.

For developing of company there was also need the help of bank. A bank plays
the main role for developing of company. Because it provides it, financial
help, which through a company can increases more technologies & other
methods. Some times company needed immediately rupees for contract, if
company has not enough money they cannot enjoy such profitable contract,
at that times a bank will help the company by providing bank overdraft.

oldest. It was use in military so that it is known as “MILITARY”
organization.

1.1 INTRODUCTION

Production is basic activity of business. All activity is revolving around this


activity. We can say that production activity is nothing but step conversion of
one form of material into another either chemically or mechanically.

Production is helps to develop business and through production, a company


can establish its business in whole market. Product should be produced with
minimum wastage of raw material and optimum utilization of resources with
considering quality instead of quantity.

The Layout of the Plant has been designed in such a way so that all the
Manufacturing Activity can be done under One Roof to facilitate easy & quick
flow of Processed Material from one stage to another stage of processing to

manpower; they help in progress of company.

• The monthly capacity of Kadvani Forge is 2000 metric ton

Kadvani Forge has latest technology. Moreover, they maintain it very well.
Kadvani Forge has the most integrated operations encompassing basic

1.4 CHANNEL OF DISTRIBUTION

Customers of company are spread in all Over world. Moreover, it is


not easy for company to provide theme goods directly at their home, for that
reason channel of distribution came in exist. There are different types of
channel. Generally, products are sent by currier service.

In case of Kadvani Forge, there is not any channel for distribution. The
products are sent customers directly. If customers are in national market,
they sand it by tractor, tempo, and truck or by train, but the customer are in
international market they sand it by ship.

In short, there is not any channel of distribution in Kadvani Forge.

Advertising is best medium to increase the sealing of products. Now- a


-days advertisement gives more important. Companies are expense lots of
money for advertisement. There are many agencies of advertisement. They
provide company best ads.

Kadvani Forge promotes their item in their Website & by exhibition, yellow
pages & by newspaper.

A company should develop new products for developing it more. They


develop new product, which are better then the previous one. It should be
more reasonable and latest.

Kadvani Forge develops their product by analyzing. They analyze that what

dissolution of company.

Kadvani forge is faced competition very well. Ramkrushna Forge,


Bharat Forge; Kalyani Forge is competitors of Kadvani Forge they are
situated in out of Rajkot. And Echjay Industries, Bhavani Industries
are also competitors of Kadvani Forge and they are situated in Rajkot.

Company can increase their business by their quality. If company wants


success, they should consider on quality rather than quantity. Company
should provide product to consumer, as they want. Company should not
concession with their quality.

Forging press and up setter line. (This will be utilized by 2008-09).

(USD 27.50 million) by 2008-2009.

• Installation of Machining Shop.

• Achieve Export Sales Turnover of INR 110 Million (USD 2.75 Million).

LARGE SCALE INDUSTRIES BECAUSE BY IT THET WILL DEFENIT
INCREASE IN PRODUCTION AND GET HUGE MARKET AND

IN PROFIT.
