1. What is strategic leadership?

Strategic leadership involves the ability to anticipate, envision, maintain flexibility and
empower others to create strategic change. It is also defined as a multi-functional work that
involves working with other people or employees in the firm. The major concern of a strategic
leadership would be the entire enterprise rather than just a sub-unit. It also has a managerial frame
of reference wherein a strategic leader can see people's frames of reference and be able to change
their frame and their world aligned with the goals of the firm.
