2. In what ways are top executives considered important resources for an organization?

Top executives like the Chief Executive Officer are considered important resources for an
organization because these top executives are usually elected by the company with majority of the
votes which means those who voted for them believes that these people have the skills and abilities
to lead them because no one would vote for them in the first place if they don’t have any trust in
them. These top executives usually have long tenures which means that they know the company
better than the others and previous problems experienced before would be prevented since he
already knows how to solve them given his long tenure.
