A. Page Number
 Times New Roman, 12pt, light-faced, bottom-centered
o For preliminaries - ii, iii, iv, v, etc.
o For content – 2, 3, 4, etc.
 No page number indicated for Title Page and Chapter Pages, but included in the
numbering

B. Date on the approval sheet will be filled up by the last person who will sign the approval
sheet, i.e. the Director for Research, Development and Extension.

C. On the Title Page, there should be a one space gap between author/s and month and
year of completion.

D. Sample Table Format


 Title should be sentence-cased, light-faced, justified, single-spaced with second (or third)
line hanging. No space after paragraph. Titles in the body of the manuscript should be
consistent with the titles in the List of Tables.
 Explanation should be before or in between the table, but NEVER after the table.
 Tables should not exceed beyond the margin (auto fit to window format).

E. Sample Figure Format

This chapter presents the time and place of the study, research design, respondents,

instruments, and the statistical tool that will be used.

This study was conducted from April to May 2014 in Barangay Pinagturilan, Sta. Cruz,

Occidental Mindoro.

Research Design

This investigation employed the descriptive method of research in determining the

production and marketing practices and costs and returns among hybrid rice farmers in Barangay

Pinagturilan, Sta. Cruz, Occidental Mindoro.

K. Exhibits (For Feasibility Study)


 Exhibits (Project Cost, Projected Income Statement, Statement of Cash Flow, Statement
of Financial Position) should be in the Appendices. It can be in landscape format with
page number centered at the bottom, facing rightward.
 Analysis and discussion should be in the body of the manuscript (Chapter V); however,
reference financial statement should be indicated (example: See Appendix “D” if you are
discussing Appendix “D”)
