Gentlemen:
As of today I do not show a response from the Court for my petition in FSC17-1361 filed April 13,
2018 (see Application No. 17A878, notice attached), other than a telephone call from Mr. Higgins on
April 17, 2018 requesting corrected pages 16 and 17, which I immediately submitted.
Today April 30, 2018, I received in the mail the enclosed notice for my petition for a writ of certiorari
in FSC18-116 filed on April 23, 2018 and placed on the docket April 27, 2018 as No. 17-8682. The
notice included a form for notifying opposing counsel that the case was docketed. This will serve as
notice to opposing counsel Curtis Alan Wilson, Esq.
What is going on with my Petition for writ of certiorari in FSC17-1361? Neil J. Gillespie v. Reverse

Sincerely,
