Process document for Permanent Resident in

Canada
Step 1. Pre Assessment of the documents stage 1: The assessment will be done by
the legal experts in India and will be advised to proceed. If there are any discrepancy
then the client will be asked to furnish the details for further process else they will be
given an option to opt out.

Time Required: 5 working days

Cost: INR 5000/- along with the document (Non Refundable)

Step 2: Pre Assessment in Canada Stage 2: The assessment of the documents will
be done by the legal and immigration experts in Canada and a full report of the
assessment will be provided to the client. On the basis of the pre assessment the client
will be advised about the timeline in which they can apply for the process of Permanent
Resident.

Time Required: 15 working days

Cost Involved: INR 38900/- to be deposited with the Indian Representative. (Non
Refundable)

Step 3: Submission of Documents with the Canadian Authorities: This is the step
when you are required to submit all the required documents to the Canadian Authorities.
This step is to be completed in 90 working days after your Pre Assessment has been
confirmed and you have received a letter of confirmation from the Canadian Authorities.

Time Required: 90 working days. This time also include your IELTS score submission.
The IELTS is required to be taken within 60 days and score to be reported directly to the
Canadian Immigration Authorities.

Cost: CAD 2080 and CAD 490 for every dependent child (Non Refundable for Principal
Applicant). INR 50000/- to the Indian Representative (In case of failure due to technical
problem refundable completely).

Step 4: Receipt of PR Card: This is the step where you receive your PR Card and after
this you have to make a travel arrangement within 90 days. To confirm your PR status
and acceptance of the PR Card you are required to send a letter to your Indian
Representative and the itinerary.

Time Required: 90 Working Days

Cost : INR 25000/-
