My name is Elvis Ledesma. I graduated from UNCP with a degree in mathematical

science. My previous job was in HIGH SCHOOL Santa Isabel. as subdirector an
president of APAFA.

3. How would you describe yourself as a person?

I enjoy solving problems, troubleshooting issues, Also I’m efficient and highly
organized.
Me gusta resolver problemas y proponer soluciones. También soy productivo y
disciplinado.

4. What are your biggest strengths?

I’m really good at listening to people, working under pressure and I like things to
accomplish the best quality.

Soy muy bueno escuchando a la gente, trabajando bajo presión y me gusta que las
cosas estén hechas con la mejor calidad posible

5. Can you tell me about your responsibilities at your last job?

I organized the annual plan of school activities and supervised teachers and students

del reglamento estudiantil en el colegio

6. Why did you leave your previous job?

– ¿Cuál es el motivo por el que dejó su último trabajo?

I am interested in a new challenge and an opportunity to use my technical skills
and experience in a different capacity than I have in the past.

Estoy interesado en nuevos retos y oportunidades para utilizar más mis habilidades
técnicas y experiencia.

7. What motivates you most at work?

– ¿Qué le motiva en el trabajo?

I’ve always been motivated by the desire to do a good job at whatever position
I’m in. I want to excel and to be successful in my job, both for my own personal
satisfaction and for my employer.

Siempre he estado motivado por el deseo de hacer bien mi trabajo,

independientemente del cargo que ocupe. Quiero triunfar y tener éxito en mi trabajo,
tanto para satisfacción propia como la del empleador.

8. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

– ¿Dónde se ve a si mismo dentro de 5 años?

After the five year I want be get respectable position in organization. After
getting more experience I want to take part to making important decision for
organization.
Dentro de 5 años, me gustaría ocupar un cargo de respeto en esta compañía.
Después de adquirir la experiencia necesaria me gustaría tomar decisiones
importantes en esta compañía..

9. Do You Prefer to Work Independently or On a Team?

– ¿Prefiere usted trabajar de forma independiente o en equipo?

I would like to work in a team to share ideas with others but it’s also great to sit at
my own desk and work hard productively.
Me gustaría trabajar en un ambiente donde haya una combinación de ambas. Es
genial cuando existe la posibilidad de trabajar en equipo y compartir ideas con los
demás. Al mismo tiempo, me gusta sentarme a mi escritorio y trabajar de forma
productiva.

I would like to work for a HIGH SCHOOL that: is fair and open with its students

I know it’s a great school that takes care of its workers. Also, It is well known in the central

It is leader school and I believe it’ll be a challenge for me to work here, but certainly it

I am more interested in a full-time position. However, I would also consider a
part-time position.
