ILLUMINATION: The Basics

This booklet is incomplete and inaccurate, as with
anything I have presented previously (e.g. my entire
YouTube channel, Google+ page, Blog, Twitter,
Instagram, PDF files on Google Drive and Scribd),
because at the time of writing, I am still far from
Complete Enlightenment which is the Only Way
to Know Everything with Absolute Certainty.
Therefore, the purpose of this booklet is to provide
a “general guide” for anyone who wants to become
enlightened rather than stating the Absolute Laws of
God, which I cannot do yet.
No Religion is perfect, but all religions have some

truths among the lies.
Macrocosm and Microcosm

become the “god of your inner world”, much like
the God of the world we live in.

Minds and Laws

The Mind (the empyreal heaven) is what creates the
Inner World. The Mind has 2 parts: the Outer and
the Inner. The Outer Mind is the Conscious Mind
in the brain’s outermost layers. The Outer Mind
determines what we Believe is Rational.
The Inner Mind is the Subconscious Mind in the
Limbic System and the Brainstem. The Inner Mind
controls our Internal Organs, determines our Habits,
and provides Insight, Creativity, and Emotions.
The Inner Mind is the Centre that is connected to
the Spirit and Intuition comes from this Centre.
The Brain has 2 hemispheres: the Left & the Right.
The Inner Right Mind is Creative Yang (Fire)
because Peace and Order are achieved only when
Yang is at the Centre pervading outwards.
The Right Mind resembles the Heaven where God
the Absolute Yang is at the Centre pervading
outwards. This Harmonious State can be described
as Hexagram 11 in the I Ching which is an ancient
Chinese book describing the cosmological changes

By contrast, the Outer Left Mind is Destructive
Yang because there is No Yang at the Centre.
When Everyone Creates their Own Truth and Law,
there can be nothing but War and Chaos.
The Left Mind resembles the Earth where Men
create their own Truth and Law. Men fight other
Men because they believe that they are Right. This
Chaotic State can be described as Hexagram 12.

The attributes of the Right Mind include Freedom,

Intuition, Feeling, Empathy, Acceptance, Big
Picture, and Creativity.
The attributes of the Left Mind include Rules, Law,
Rationality, Analysis, Patterns, and Detail.
Rules don’t need to exist when there is only 1 Yang.
Rules need to exist when there is more than 1 Yang.
Everyone is Yang to varying extents. This is why
we live in a Society with Laws created by Men.
However, when Father Heaven (God) created us,
he also created Heavenly Laws for us to follow.
In this darkest time (Kali Yuga, End Times, Iron
Age), Society falsely glorifies City Life, the life
that is controlled by many false Manly Laws.
Heavenly Laws can be found within Yourself and
cannot be found if you blindly accept Manly Laws
from Others, such as the monetary system and
artificial electromagnetic waves in the atmosphere.

destroying Nature created by Father Heaven:

The Laws of Father Heaven (Absolute Yang) are

received by Mother Earth (Absolute Yin).

The development of the Inner Right Mind is how
one becomes enlightened and when you reach
Complete Enlightenment, you become Free from
the Law of Karma at least temporarily. This is
because developing the Inner Right Mind is the
same as Restoring the Pure Mind of Childhood
which is Free from Manly Fires such as Sexuality
and Ego. We must never forget that we are all
Children of Father Heaven and Mother Earth.
The above image shows that the brain activity is

much greater in the Right Side. This is because
when one is a newborn, he/she has only begun to
blindly accept the Laws of this Physical World.
But as you age in this physical world, you accept
more and more Manly Laws, resulting in the Left
Mind dominating the Right Mind.
As shown on Page 6, “Left Mind > Right Mind”

results in the Karmic Cycle where the Manly Fires
you exert come back to you after Father Heaven
exerts Heavenly Fire on Mother Earth, where you
receive Manly Fires from others as your Karma.
Until you endure all your Karma, you won’t be
able to reach Complete Enlightenment. Conversely,
if you keep choosing to do the Right thing, then
you will be indirectly guided to the Right path
where you can eventually break the Karmic Cycle
and become Completely Enlightened.

Meditation

So, how do we develop the Inner Right Mind?
Meditation physically improves the Inner Brain
such as the Right Insula, Putamen, and Brainstem.

The brainstem controls the most basic functions

including breathing, heart rate, sleep/wake (e.g.
dreams, sleep paralysis), temperature, and eating.
These functions are controlled by the Subconscious
Mind which also determines your daily habits that
build up your Life. In fact, the first “habit” you
subconsciously learn as a newborn is Breathing.
Everything is built upon Breathing as it is the
Beginning of Life. Breath is Life Force (Prana) and
if you harness it, then you can strengthen your Life.
There are many Breathing Techniques in Yoga.
In this booklet, I will explain the most effective
Breathing Technique that I discovered and how it
can enlighten your Inner Right Mind through
Internal Alchemy.

This “falling” process can be reversed by Purging
& Breath-Holding which induces Internal Alchemy.
“Purging” is a Forceful Exhalation and a Passive
Inhalation. Forceful Exhalation helps to rid of Ego
and Sexuality which cause Ignorance and Filth.
Contract the Pelvic Muscles (Root Lock; “Bandha”)
and Lower Abdominal Muscles to push your
Impure Outer Fire upwards such that your Breath
can take it out. Passive Inhalation lets you accept
New Purer Fire at the Heart. Inhale by naturally
letting your muscles expand. Like when you sing,
your focus should be on your next exhalation, not
on inhalation. This is also how a mantra works. The
last breath should be inhaled actively and deeply
because Breath-Holding flips your Vortexes from
the Outer Chakras to the Inner Chakras.
During Breath-Holding, the Complete Stillness of
the Body (Yang) activates the Spirit (Yin) and the
Air Pressure pulls Earthly Water through the Root.
Breath (Physical Yin) becomes One with Inner
Water (Spiritual Yin). This Union forms the Cloud-
like Core of the Inner Sun as shown below.

Biologically, Purging increases O2 (Yang) in the
lungs and Breath-Holding creates the Air Pressure
which increases the rate of O2 going into the blood.
Increased blood O2 promotes the conversion of O2
into CO2 (Yin) by the cells. Increased blood CO2
increases Carbonic Acid which creates Electricity
in the Nervous System, namely the Solar plexus.
From this biological view, we can again see that the
“deactivation” of Yang produces the activated Yin.
Carbonic Acid (H2CO3) is
known to generate Electricity
like a battery or a Fruit.
It is also known to be used
for medical purposes.

Breath/Inner Fire, Root (Mountain)/Earthly Water,
and Outer Fire/Inner Water.
The original 8 trigrams do not include “Cloud”, but
I have interpreted “Lake” as the Cloud-like Core of
the Inner Sun (details on page 13) because it is the
Cloud that generates Lightning. Inner Lightning
causes Electric Changes in the Nervous System
including the Brain and Solar Plexus.
However, Lightning (☳) exists only temporarily.
For permanent changes, a Balanced Sustainable
Electric Body, the Inner Sun must be created.

Thus, the Inner Sun provides Heavenly Rationality
while the Inner Moon gives Earthly Irrationality.
As physical beings trying to become spiritual, we
must first have the Inner Sun before having the
more spiritual Inner Moon.
In terms of numerology, the Sun is 13 (4+5+4) and
the Moon is 14 (5+4+5), forming X on the clock.

Once the Inner Sun/Moon is created, it Radiates its

Light upwards to form a Halo. In this way, the
Third Eye can see in the dark (Yin) Spiritual Realm.
Look up the images of Jesus Christ, Krishna,
Gabriel, Gautama Buddha, Muhammad, and other
gods/angels/saints. The Inner Light is that crucial.
In addition, some images you can find on

Google show that the Heart of Saint Mary
was full of the Heavenly Fire.

Electromagnetism
Everything exists as a Wave and the Highest
Form of existence is the Electromagnetic Waves
of the Inner Sun/Moon. The Hutchison Effect and
the Antigravity Machines have rigidly shown only
a fraction of what can be achieved with the Power
of the Inner Sun/Moon.

By contrast, spiritually generated Electromagnetic

Waves can be used much more versatilely and
flexibly at will as shown by the Undercover Angels
(magicians; read the section “Illusion and Magic”).
At the Ultra-High Frequencies, Transmutation
(e.g. water to wine) is Possible.
The advanced technology is real and was widely
used in ancient times. UFOs in the sky are simply
antigravity machines that can be run by some secret
organisations or undercover angels (magician is not
the only type of their undercover work).
“Aliens” cannot exist when the Sky is the Limit
(the firmament) and the Earth is a Physical Plane
created above the abysmal infinite void (read the
section “Illusion and Magic” for details).

The Void in/below Mother Earth creates Absolute

Yin which pulls everything that does not revolve
like the Heavenly Bodies (Sun, Moon, and Stars).
Absolute Yin is what modern science calls the
gravity of Earth. The Void is like a “Black Hole”
which supposedly sucks everything into Emptiness
Infinitely. The Firm Physical Surface of Earth is
what keeps the Body from falling into this Void.
In contrast to the Body, the Spirit can fall into this
Void if the Inner Mind is too weak.

“The Earth was formless and void,
and darkness was over the face of the deep.”
The Void of Mother Earth is crucial as it keeps all

energies from dispersing chaotically and maintains
the revolution of all things including the Heavenly
Bodies. One of the Voids we can see on Earth is the
Eye of a Storm, which is a Calm Region at the
Centre of Cyclones. The Massive Vortex can be
sustained only when the Eye is present.

Heavenly Bodies have their own Inner Void to
maintain their Outer Vortex which makes them
Levitate by opposing the Void of Mother Earth

Wu Wei (無爲 무위) means “Inaction” ?
(Complete Yin). Lao Tzu explained that
everything behaves in a completely
natural way when Wu Wei is achieved
just as the Absolute Yin of Mother Earth ?
keeps the natural order of all things.

In the Mind, Wu Wei or emptiness (Void)
is achieved in the Upper Dantian (Third Eye) to
Unite the Right and Left Minds.
In the Body, the Void should be in the Solar plexus
to create the Inner Sun by uniting the Inner Fire
(middle dantian) and Inner Water (lower dantian).
Thus, it is essential to achieve the Inner Void in the
Third Eye and Solar plexus (perhaps by connecting
to the Void of Mother Earth) for Enlightenment.
Based on my experience, Internal Alchemy practice
through Purging and Breath-Holding induces
Blackout which achieves the Void as well as
generating Electricity, especially in the Right Mind.

Brain Waves
Revision of my early study “Fundamentals of Spiritual Energy”
Blackout is the state where your Brain Waves reach

the Delta-Theta frequencies where the Spirit can
take over the Mind and create New Purer Waves
at the Highest Frequencies, called Gamma Waves.
Gamma Waves are associated with Seizures but
also with “Unity of Consciousness” such as
Transcendental Meditative State and Telekinesis.
The above slide is from my study in 2016. Having

experienced Blackout myself, I would say it’s the
Delta-Theta frequencies where your Spirit creates
Gamma Waves (>100 Hz) which can control the
Electromagnetic Waves of the Inner Sun.
Once the Inner Sun/Moon is complete and stable,
it is the Combination of Delta, Theta, Alpha/Mu,
and Gamma Waves that allows one to Perceive
(e.g. Clairvoyance) or Create (e.g. Telekinesis) the
“Music” of Electromagnetic Waves.
By contrast, Beta Waves are associated with Busy/
Anxious Thinking and Active Concentration
involving Physical Perception and Strength, such
as False Yoga (too much emphasis on postures).
One may consider the whole process as Transition

from Outer Waves (Outer Mind and Breath) to
Inner Waves (Inner Mind and Inner Chakras) as
schematically shown below:

Internal Alchemy Practice through Purging and

Breath-Holding makes your mind completely
focused on your Inner Self by stopping your Outer
Waves (breath) and creates your own Inner Waves.
However, it is important to connect to the Outer
Waves in nature and learn from them as needed.
If one wants to create the Inner Sun, then it makes
sense to learn and absorb the waves from the Sun
through Third Eye Sungazing as explained below.
Internal Alchemy creates and maintains the Inner
Void which is needed to absorb the solar energy.
Thus, these 2 practices compliment each other.
From Sunlight to Green Power
It’s like Photosynthesis. Plants absorb
the Solar energy through Chlorophyll

Robin is a sign for a
“novice sungazer”.
During Internal Alchemy, this Green Light can be

used to form a Green Ring which beams the
absorbed Red solar rays to the centre of the Ring at
90° (“Right angle”).
Third Eye Sungazing Practice

Step 1. Wake up at about 15 minutes before sunrise.
To know the local times of sunrise and sunset, go
to: https://www.timeanddate.com/sun/. Start with
practice at sunrise. Once you feel a small electric
shock when sunlight touches you, practice at sunset
as well to be able to control the light.
Step 2. Find a comfortable place where you can see

the sunrise/sunset. It is OK even if the Sun rises/
sets behind a far mountain. Cloudy weather is OK
as you will be seeing the Sun through your Third
Eye.
Step 3. Relax, close your eyes, and meditate with

sunlight shining on your face for 15-30 minutes.
Be still and breathe slowly like a plant. No music
from this world but the sound of nature is OK.
NB. Do NOT start with Moonlight. If you somehow

manage to absorb Moonlight first, it will be very
difficult to absorb Sunlight.

Illusion and Magic

Earth is an Illusion because it is like an MMORPG
but with the Absolute Story written by Heaven.
Our Bodies (illusion) are the Avatars that serve the
Roles of our Spirits (real) given by Heaven.
The Absolute Story makes Earth like a show stage
or a movie screen to angels with the all-seeing eye.
When you read a novel, you would never think that
anything in the story is real, although the characters
believe in their own reality created by the Author.
The Absolute Story makes Precognition possible
because everything is predetermined by Heaven.
Belief in the Absolute Story is called Faith.
One of the signs indicating that Earth is an illusion
is the “Holographic Universe” theory which is
convoluted with lies as with other modern beliefs.
Perhaps, the greatest sign indicating that Earth is an
illusion is the movie “The Matrix” which is again
convoluted with lies as with other movies.

“Mirrorism” indicates that Earth is an illusion.
The Right Mind controls the Left Body while the

The magicians (undercover angels) call themselves
“illusionists” NOT because their magic is physical
trickery but because they are watching everything
on Earth through their all-seeing eye. They are like
the Audience of a Hyperrealistic Show written by
Heaven. On this “stage” called Earth, angels are
like Undercover Cops. We are all fallen to Earth,
except the angels that are given tasks to guide those
who deserve to be supported OR to trick those who
deserve to be deceived. In this darkest time, the
duty of all real magicians (undercover angels) is:
1. Show Truths (real magic) with Occasional Lies
(so-called “trick reveal”)
2. Tell Lies with Hidden Truths (subtle messages)
Their lies exist to Test your Open-mindedness and
Greater Rationality which are the opposite traits to
Ego and Narrow Logic. If you can’t break your
own truth, then you can’t find the Truth of Heaven.
What I have explained is not new and was known

as Māyā (Sanskrit: माया) which literally means
“illusion” or “magic”. But as with other knowledge,
it has been misinterpreted by Man over time.

Briefly, magic is possible only for those who are
enlightened enough to perceive this reality as an
illusion, the story written by Heaven.
Once completely enlightened as an Ego-Free Child
of Father Heaven, nothing is impossible as long as
allowed by the Law of Heaven.
Some people believe that magicians are helped by

Jinns/Demons but if demons were as Omnipotent
as them, then this world would not exist right now
because demons create their own Truth and Law,
which means that there can be nothing but Chaos
and no precognition is possible. Evil spirits have
attacked me quite frequently in my life by inducing
sleep paralysis but not so much physically. So, I
believe that most of the evil spirits cannot exert
their spiritual powers in physical forms like what
the undercover angels (magicians) have shown.
For those who choose to believe in their own truth

but not in what they can see with their eyes (magic),
you may wish to keep in mind the following quote:
“When you have eliminated the impossible,
whatever remains, however improbable, must be
the truth.”

Revision of my early study “Nudity and Spirituality”
At the time of writing, I do not claim to Know what

happened to our very first ancestors but based on
symbols, I deduce that “Innocent” Adam and Eve
gained the Knowledge of Yin and Yang which
gave them Ego and Sexuality. This is evident from
the Ancient Painting of Nuwa and Fuxi (Chinese
equivalent of Adam and Eve) which resembles the
Caduceus. Indeed, Fuxi was the Originator of
I Ching, the Book of Yin and Yang.
So, Knowledge made them realise
the importance of clothes which help
to inhibit Sexuality. Only those who
had Knowledge were clothed in the
Garden of Eden (aka Paradise).
One can even say that our very first ancestors were
initially “Innocent” (Naive and Ignorant) like the
animals shown above.
When they say Paradise is the “World to Come”,
it means the End of Time when good spirits are
saved to become “Innocent” again and return to
Paradise under the guidance of the True King.
In exchange for becoming Selfless like a Child and
losing your Knowledge, you will be Free from All
Illusions and given the Greatest Bliss (Nirvana)
under the Protection and Guidance of an Angel
who is in charge of your Paradise.
“Angelship” can be granted but only to those with
Supreme Honour. If the Sign given by Zach King
the angel is true, then there will be few Humans
who will become New Angels at the End of Time.
“Winning” the Angelship means joining these
“Heavenly Seats” where
you become the Audience
of the Hyperrealistic Show “Revealing the Winners”
written by Heaven.
