Nursing course from SHIVANI NURSING SCHOOL, recognized by NTR HEALTH
UNIVERSITY. She has been working in this hospital as a Staff Nurse in Cardiac
ICU with effect from r t AUGUST 2013 and still continuing. As the head of the
department, I had opportunity to observe her closely during her association with us. I
found her to be having a pleasant personality and so kind, obedient and extremely
sincere to her work. She has good managing capabilities. She is a mentor and had
extensively contributed to the Cardiac ICU training program conducted for the self
development of the nursing staffs working in the unit. Her sound knowledge of the
area, the critical equipments and her expertise in handling emergencies adds to her
exceptional skills. Our Cardiac ICU has fully equipped 14 beds (adult), 10 beds(sicu ).
It is one of the best of its kind in India. I have no hesitation what so ever in
recommending her for suitable position. I am sure she will be an asset to the
institution where she has the privilege to work. I wish all success for her future
ventures.
