We on behalf and under instruction of over above named client refers to your Show Cause Notice
bearing bar code No. 100000032590667 dated 25.04.2018 on the captioned subject and our request
for adjournment filed wide letter No.__________, it is stated that:

Our client has a retail jewelry shop,involved in exchange of gold and finished products of jewelry.
The major work is to exchange gold made jewelry from client or re designthe jewelry and charge for
the exchange difference. Further, buy gold from local suppliers/gold market and sell them out from
their outlet located in Islamabad after performing certain process to alter its design.

Based on the above Facts, we are hereby submitting the following listed documents:

 Copy of Income Tax Return for the Tax Year 2016.

 Copy of Wealth Statement for the Tax Year 2016.
 Copies of Utility Bills.
 Bank Statement of personal a/c and business a/c.
 Details of sales for the tax year – 2016.
 Details of repair and maintenance expenses for the tax year – 2016.
 Details of Printing and Postage expenses for the tax year – 2016.
 Details of travelling expenses for the tax year – 2016.
 Details of Salaries expenses for the tax year – 2016.
 Details of other indirect expenses incurred during the tax year – 2016.
  Details of addition in wealth during the year, i.e. property documents.
 Passport copy of our client.
