Reflection Questions
1. Describe the elements of your overhand throw that need work.
I need to work on more hand eye coordination. I also need to time when I throw the ball
when I jump.

2. Describe the main differences between your dominant and nondominant hands for the
overhand throw.
My dominant hand is more precise and sturdy when throwing the ball. But the
non-dominant hand is way less precise. My hand moves a lot more when throwing.

3. What are some techniques that helped you on the throwing challenges?
looking at the target and throwing the ball at he correct time so that it hits the target.

4. What throwing challenge were you most successful at, and why do think that was the case?
I was the most successful at the pin throw because the balls were very close to the pins but
when I hit a pin that pin hit 3 more. I also was successful at the backboard throwing. I think
I was good at this because I was throwing the ball with my dominant hand.
