AIR

Stale air is usually caused by the cooking, people smoking, and lack of adequate
ventilation. All these could cause certain discomfort and possibly health problems if not
avoided or taken care of. People living in these conditions are at risks having general poor
health and respiratory illness because of lack of fresh air circulating in the area. One of the
most important factors for healthy air is good circulation.

Free flowing air is an important component of healthy air because it helps regulate
temperature and prevents buildup dust. When air is humid, it becomes stagnant, trapping
the dust particles along with other air pollutants. Due to the cramped spaces where they
are living dust and dust mites could more concentrated. The potential for molds to grow
is greater because molds tend to grow best on warm, damp, and humid conditions.
