As Leasing Manager, Madeline Gregory is responsible for leasing a select

commercial office portfolio throughout Houston. As a licensed landlord
representative, she manages the leasing and marketing efforts for Marathon
Oil Tower (5555 San Felipe) and Bank of America Center (700 Louisiana). Ms.
Gregory actively uses marketing strategies with superior leadership skills to
connect brokers and investors to new opportunities.

Prior to her current position with PMRG, Ms. Gregory served as Marketing &
Leasing Coordinator for Cameron Management where she strategically utilized
her comprehensive marketing background to raise leasing activity at Esperson
(808 Travis/815 Walker) by increasing occupancy to the highest it has been
since 2012. At Cameron, she led leasing presentations to brokerage firms and
reached out to brokers through prospective tenant promotional marketing,
resulting in leads and proposals. One cold call to prospective coworking tenant,
Serendipity Labs, established Cameron Coworking LP, which led to a franchise
agreement for Houston and San Antonio markets.
Madeline graduated from Baylor University and continued her education at the
University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio where she received her Master
of Arts Degree in Communications. Her professional and volunteer networks
include Houston’s Commercial Real Estate Women’s (CREW) Network,
National Association of for Industrial & Office Parks (NAIOP), Houston Office
Leasing Brokers Association (HOLBA), Central Houston, Inc. Millennial
Enterprise (CHIME), Baylor Business Network, Junior League of Houston and
