2 Corinthians 10:3-5 — For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh.

For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds,
casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God,
bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ,

Luke 10:19-20 — Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and
over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Nevertheless do not
rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rather rejoice because your names are
written in heaven.”

Ephesians 6:10-18 — Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.
Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For
we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the
rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and
having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the
breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of
peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery
darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is
the word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to
this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints

James 4:7 — Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.

Romans 8:35-39 — Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress,
or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written: “For Your sake we
are killed all day long; We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.” Yet in all these things we
are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am persuaded that neither death nor
life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height
nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is
in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Romans 8:31 — What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?

1 John 4:4 — You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in
you is greater than he who is in the world.

Isaiah 54:15-17 — Indeed they shall surely assemble, but not because of Me. Whoever
assembles against you shall fall for your sake. “Behold, I have created the blacksmith Who
blows the coals in the fire, Who brings forth an instrument for his work; And I have created the
spoiler to destroy. No weapon formed against you shall prosper, And every tongue which rises
against you in judgment You shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, And
their righteousness is from Me,” Says the Lord.

2 Corinthians 2:14 — Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and
through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place.
Colossians 1:12-13 — giving thanks to the Father who has qualified us to be partakers of the
inheritance of the saints in the light. He has delivered us from the power of darkness and
conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love,

Mark 16:16-18 — He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe
will be condemned. And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast
out demons; they will speak with new tongues; they will take up serpents; and if they drink
anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will
recover.”

Isaiah 59:19 — So shall they fear The name of the Lord from the west, And His glory from the
rising of the sun; When the enemy comes in like a flood, The Spirit of the Lord will lift up a
standard against him.

ON ADULTERY

Exodus 20:14 — “You shall not commit adultery.

Leviticus 20:10 — ‘The man who commits adultery with another man’s wife, he who commits
adultery with his neighbor’s wife, the adulterer and the adulteress, shall surely be put to death.

Matthew 5:27-28 — “You have heard that it was said to those of old, ‘You shall not commit
adultery.’ But I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed
adultery with her in his heart.

Matthew 19:9 — And I say to you, whoever divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality,
and marries another, commits adultery; and whoever marries her who is divorced commits
adultery.”

Proverbs 5 — My son, pay attention to my wisdom; Lend your ear to my understanding, That
you may preserve discretion, And your lips may keep knowledge. For the lips of an immoral
woman drip honey, And her mouth is smoother than oil; But in the end she is bitter as
wormwood, Sharp as a two-edged sword. Her feet go down to death, Her steps lay hold of hell.
Lest you ponder her path of life— Her ways are unstable; You do not know them. Therefore hear
me now, my children, And do not depart from the words of my mouth. Remove your way far
from her, And do not go near the door of her house, Lest you give your honor to others, And
your years to the cruel one; Lest aliens be filled with your wealth, And your labors go to the
house of a foreigner; And you mourn at last, When your flesh and your body are consumed, And
say: “How I have hated instruction, And my heart despised correction! I have not obeyed the
voice of my teachers, Nor inclined my ear to those who instructed me! I was on the verge of total
ruin, In the midst of the assembly and congregation.” Drink water from your own cistern, And
running water from your own well. Should your fountains be dispersed abroad, Streams of water
in the streets? Let them be only your own, And not for strangers with you. Let your fountain be
blessed, And rejoice with the wife of your youth. As a loving deer and a graceful doe, Let her
breasts satisfy you at all times; And always be enraptured with her love. For why should you, my
son, be enraptured by an immoral woman, And be embraced in the arms of a seductress? For the
ways of man are before the eyes of the Lord, And He ponders all his paths. His own iniquities
entrap the wicked man, And he is caught in the cords of his sin. He shall die for lack of
instruction, And in the greatness of his folly he shall go astray.

Proverbs 6:20-35 — My son, keep your father’s command, And do not forsake the law of your
mother. Bind them continually upon your heart; Tie them around your neck. When you roam,
they will lead you; When you sleep, they will keep you; And when you awake, they will speak
with you. For the commandment is a lamp, And the law a light; Reproofs of instruction are the
way of life, To keep you from the evil woman, From the flattering tongue of a seductress. Do not
lust after her beauty in your heart, Nor let her allure you with her eyelids. For by means of a
harlot A man is reduced to a crust of bread; And an adulteress will prey upon his precious life.
Can a man take fire to his bosom, And his clothes not be burned? Can one walk on hot coals,
And his feet not be seared? So is he who goes in to his neighbor’s wife; Whoever touches her
shall not be innocent. People do not despise a thief If he steals to satisfy himself when he is
starving. Yet when he is found, he must restore sevenfold; He may have to give up all the
substance of his house. Whoever commits adultery with a woman lacks understanding; He who
does so destroys his own soul. Wounds and dishonor he will get, And his reproach will not be
wiped away. For jealousy is a husband’s fury; Therefore he will not spare in the day of
vengeance. He will accept no recompense, Nor will he be appeased though you give many gifts.

1 Corinthians 6:18-20 — Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body,
but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or do you not know that your
body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not
your own? For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit,
which are God’s.

Ephesians 5:3 — But fornication and all uncleanness or covetousness, let it not even be named
among you, as is fitting for saints;

Hebrews 12:16 — lest there be any fornicator or profane person like Esau, who for one morsel
of food sold his birthright.

Colossians 3:5-10 — Therefore put to death your members which are on the earth: fornication,
uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry. Because of these things
the wrath of God is coming upon the sons of disobedience, in which you yourselves once walked
when you lived in them. But now you yourselves are to put off all these: anger, wrath, malice,
blasphemy, filthy language out of your mouth. Do not lie to one another, since you have put off
the old man with his deeds, and have put on the new man who is renewed in knowledge
according to the image of Him who created him,

1 Corinthians 6:9-11 — Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of
God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor
sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the
kingdom of God. And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified,
but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God.
1 Corinthians 5:9-11 — I wrote to you in my epistle not to keep company with sexually
immoral people. Yet I certainly did not mean with the sexually immoral people of this world, or
with the covetous, or extortioners, or idolaters, since then you would need to go out of the world.
But now I have written to you not to keep company with anyone named a brother, who is
sexually immoral, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or an extortioner— not
even to eat with such a person.

Hebrews 13:4 — Marriage is honorable among all, and the bed undefiled; but fornicators and
adulterers God will judge.

Deuteronomy 27:21 — ‘Cursed is the one who lies with any kind of animal.’ “And all the
people shall say, ‘Amen!’

Hosea 4:11 — “Harlotry, wine, and new wine enslave the heart.

Deuteronomy 22:5 — “A woman shall not wear anything that pertains to a man, nor shall a man
put on a woman’s garment, for all who do so are an abomination to the Lord your God.
