The successful candidate will perform experiments using techniques such as
western blot, DNA extraction, RNA extraction, PCR, genotyping,
immunohistochemistry and gel electrophoresis. You will also be required to review
and analyze results, maintain experiment records as well as general laboratory
supplies and good housekeeping.

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Molecular Biology or related course

Prior 1-2 years relevant experience with molecular biology techniques such as
cloning and cell culture will be advantageous

Meticulous with strong analytical and computer skills

Strong interest in research work

Good verbal and written communication skills

The laboratory investigates the molecular mechanisms regulating the activity of

the tumour-suppressors, p53 and p73, and the proto-oncogene c-Jun, and their
role in regulating cell life and death. Genetic screens and in vivo mouse models
would be used to achieve these goals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in molecular or cellular biology (or a related area)
- Experienced with recombinant DNA technology, biochemistry and cell-culture,
as well as mouse models and gene-targeting will be preferred
- Enthusiasm and keen interest in molecular and cellular biology

Primary Responsibilities

• To perform clinical monitoring activities of designated projects in accordance

with the THE COMPANY SOPs (or the Sponsor's SOPs as appropriate), which
include: investigator/site selection, managing and co-ordinating site related
activities, collating regulatory documentation and IRB submissions, and
monitoring activities (such as source data verification, drug accountability,
etc.) throughout the study in accordance with the ICH GCP guidelines.

• Accountable for detecting, analyzing and solving technical, procedural and/or

motivational problems that may occur to the site staff of the investigation
team and thus affect the progress of the project.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Nursing/ Science with a major in Pharmacy or Life Sciences

• Minimum two years prior clinical monitoring experience/ experience in a
clinical environment
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Able to speak fluent English
• For the post of CRM, you must have at least 4-5 years of clinical monitoring
experience

• Works with assigned clinical research project teams

• Responsible for the background administration and preparation for trial set

• Assisting in the organisation of investigator, project team and client meetings
• May assist in preparation of Regulatory and Ethics Committee packages
