AFFIDAVIT OF AGGREGATE LANDHOLDINGS OF VENDEE

I, ROSALINA L. TIMMALOG, of legal age, Filipino, married to Danilo C.

Timmalog, resident of and with postal address at Blk. 4 Pavahai Comembo, Makati City,
Philippines, after having been duly sworn to pursuant to law, depose and say;
1. That I only own an aggregate landholdings of not more than five (5) hectares
in the Philippines, to include that area embraced in Transfer Certificate Title
No. 09884, which I acquired by way of Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate with
Waiver of Rights;
2. That this Affidavit is executed by me in compliance with DAR Memo No. 1,
Series of 1989 as well as other laws and guidelines for the implementation of
the DAR program and to further state that I only own an area not more than
five (5) hectares.
