To Whom it May Concern:

Clarkston High School is working to implement a recognition program for both staff and students this
semester. The goal of this initiative is to promote and celebrate positive behaviors in order to create a healthier,
stronger, and more connected school community. We believe that, in doing so, we can create a better sense of
connectedness not only at the high school, but in the community as a whole. As part of this initiative, we have
begun asking for donations and support from community business members. These donations have come in the
form of gift cards or items which will be used as a way of thanking both staff and students whom we are
celebrating.

We would appreciate your support in our endeavor by providing donations/gift cards for the student and staff
recognition programs. The donations would go towards gift cards/other small gifts for students and teachers to
recognize their positive behaviors and contributions to CHS.

Please feel free to email or call us if you have any further questions regarding this initiative. Thank you for
your support. We truly appreciate it. Go Wolves!
